Question: Do I have to drink 6 bottles of juice per day?

Answer: Depending on your goal, yes and no. If your goal is to cleanse and detox, 6 bottles per day with a serving of water in between each serving of juice. If you are interested in incorporating cold pressed juice into your diet with meals, 3 bottles per day is recommended with meals or between meals with servings of water with each juice bottle.

Question: Will drinking cold pressed juice help me lose weight?

Answer: It could. Weight loss depends on what caused your weight gain. I’m not a physician, but I can say weight loss is most effective with lifestyle adjustments. Prayer, meditation is a great start, hopeful attitude on life. I encourage you to get plenty of rest every night, move your body everyday (walking, jogging, running, swimming, dancing, laughing, cardio, yoga). Just Move Your Body!!! Minimize meat, dairy, sugar, refined foods, and fried foods. Marking your calendar for special days to consume would be a great start. Begin to totally eliminate a bad habit from diet over time. You can do it. You got this!!!

Question: Will you provide services other than juicing?

Answer: Yes. I will eventually incorporate classes on how to to juice with your personal juicer. In the future, I will incorporate raw desserts to the menu.

Question: What’s the difference between cold pressed juices and other juicing.

Answer: Cold pressed juicing also known as masticating, slowly crushes and presses the produce preserving nutritional content of enzymes and vitamins, longer lasting storage life (3-5 business days). On the other hand centrifugal juicing is produced at a higher speed, immediate oxidation to the juice, less enzymes, created to drink immediately, no storage life. Cold pressed juices yields a better quality of juice.

Drinking juice is easier to digest, less fiber left in the pulp. Consume your raw vegetables to incorporate fiber back into your diet (carrots, broccoli, avocado, peas, apples, bananas, etc).
